We specialise in multi million pound Mechanical and Electrical schemes across Ministry of Justice, health and wellbeing, education, hospitality, healthcare, retail, commercial, industrial and leisure environments. Hensall has developed a strong track record in the delivery of low carbon Mechanical and Electrical solutions, including heat pump integration, solar PV installation, LED upgrades, BMS optimisation and full plant modernisation.
Where Mechanical and Electrical works form the primary element of a scheme, Hensall regularly acts as Principal Contractor. In this capacity we assume full responsibility for programme management, coordination of specialist trades, health and safety compliance and regulatory oversight. This engineering led Principal Contractor model strengthens margin control, programme certainty and client accountability.
