Hensall has developed strong expertise within the leisure sector, particularly across public sector leisure centres and large scale recreational facilities. These projects frequently form part of decarbonisation programmes and estate modernisation initiatives supported by framework funding routes.

Our capability includes full plant replacement, air handling systems, pool hall ventilation, heat pump integration, solar PV installation, BMS upgrades and complete Mechanical and Electrical refurbishment works. Where Mechanical and Electrical works represent the principal scope, we regularly act as Principal Contractor, providing full programme and trade coordination.

Leisure facilities are often delivered within live environments serving the public. Our experience in intelligent phasing, temporary service provision and close stakeholder collaboration ensures minimal disruption while achieving improved energy performance and long term operational savings.
