🕒 Hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday–Friday
💰 Salary: Dependant on Experience
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Electrical Site Manager to join our growing team and oversee electrical works across commercial and industrial projects.
The Role
🔹 Manage day-to-day electrical site operations
🔹 Supervise electricians, subcontractors & site teams
🔹 Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently & to programme
🔹 Coordinate materials, labour & site activities
🔹 Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks & safety checks
🔹 Liaise with project managers, clients & other trades on site
🔹 Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
🔹 Monitor quality of installations and project progress
About You
✅ Previous experience in an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisory role
✅ Strong background in commercial & industrial electrical installations
✅ Excellent leadership & communication skills
✅ Ability to manage site teams and coordinate multiple activities
✅ Good understanding of health & safety requirements
✅ SSSTS / SMSTS qualification (desirable)
✅ ECS Card
✅ Full UK Driving Licence
