BBC Digbeth

The BBC Digbeth Tea Factory project will require the successful delivery of multiple building services packages within a busy and operational creative environment. With ongoing activity across the site, all works will need to be carefully coordinated to minimise disruption while maintaining safe access for staff, contractors, and visitors.

The scope includes the installation and upgrade of lighting, small power, data systems, fire alarm, security, door access, and intruder alarm systems, alongside mechanical services including ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning, and BMS controls. Integrating these services within an existing building will require detailed planning, close coordination between trades, and a flexible approach to programme delivery.

With a start date of 12th May and a demanding programme ahead, close collaboration with the client, project team, and specialist supply chain partners will be essential to successfully deliver the works and support the continued operation of the facility.
