Mablethorpe Leisure Centre

The new-build Mablethorpe Leisure Centre required a complex mechanical installation within tight plant and roof space constraints, integrating multiple systems across a modern leisure facility. The challenge included coordinating a multi-boiler heating system serving pools, AHUs, and hot water, alongside a pressurised domestic water system with storage and booster sets. Ventilation was delivered via three AHUs serving distinct building zones, with corrosion-resistant ductwork in wet areas, while a roof-mounted air conditioning system supplied multiple internal units. A fully integrated BMS was also required to control and monitor all services, ensuring efficient operation and system-wide coordination within a fast-paced new-build programme.
