St Pauls School

The refurbishment of St Paul’s Primary School required careful coordination to deliver improved learning spaces while ensuring the school could continue to operate safely and effectively throughout the works. As the project was carried out within a live school environment, all activities needed to be planned around lesson times, access routes, and the daily needs of pupils and staff.

The works included upgrading existing facilities, modernising internal areas, and improving the overall environment to better support teaching and learning. Maintaining high standards of health and safety, minimising disruption, and keeping the site secure and tidy at all times were key priorities.

With a fixed programme and the need to complete works within school constraints, close collaboration with the client, school leadership team, and supply chain partners was essential to successfully deliver the refurbishment.
